Well-being Wednesday
10am - 2pm every Wednesday
Take some time for yourself in a relaxed and welcoming space. Enjoy gentle activities, friendly conversation, and a cuppa while focusing on your well-being. A great way to unwind, connect, and feel refreshed.
Some dates may include external visitors, one-off trips or activities and workshops. These will be published in advance on the Hub Calendar and in the noticeboard in The Hub.

Down Memory Lane
10am - 2pm every Thursday
Step back in time with our friendly reminiscence club every Thursday. Share stories, enjoy nostalgic chats, and connect over fond memories. Bring in your interesting memories, items or photos to share with the group or enjoy what others have to share.
Plus, on the first Thursday of each month from 12pm, a local historian joins us for a fascinating guest talk and photo display.

Friendship Friday
10am - 2pm every Friday
(10am - 12pm on Cinema Bites dates)
Come along to our friendly weekly social at the hub! Enjoy board games, cards, and dominoes in great company, with plenty of laughter and conversation. Relax with a hot drink and stay for a delicious lunch (£5 donation to the hub).

Cinema Bites
12pm - 3pm last Friday of the month
Join us on the last Friday of each month for a free movie screening, with a delicious bite to eat available for a £5 donation. Relax, enjoy the film, and connect with others in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
